Anise or Roman Anise is one of the most important herbs in traditional medicine used for the treatment of various diseases. It is rich in antioxidants, iron, magnesium, manganese, calcium, phosphorus, potassium and copper. The plant is warm and dry. Anise is used to treat head lice, acne and facial pimples, to enhance hair growth, depression, stomach and digestive system, natural disinfectants, menstrual pain, menopausal symptoms, hyperglycemia and diabetes, to reduce bodily inflammation. Disadvantages: In people who are allergic to fennel, celery and parsley. It can also mimic the effects of estrogen on the body, thereby exacerbating the symptoms of breast cancer and endometriosis. Pregnant women are preferred not to use this medicinal plant, as well as infants and children who are banned from using Anise.
