Amaranthus another name is Amaranth which is of more than 60 different species. A tall plant with green and purple leaves. It contains 4 times the amount of calcium and 2 times the amount of iron and magnesium in wheat. The amaranth has a large amount of connective tissue (which is loosened and wrinkled on the skin that causes wrinkles). The nature of the Amaranth is cold and dry. Other properties of this plant: eyesight enhancement, blood purification, hearing aid, pustules, myocardial infarction, dental caries, constipation, hair loss, protein, have folate (a mineral that helps prevent nerve channels damage in babies), relieves stomach and liver. Side effects of this plant: Due to its toxic constituents, the amaranth must be exposed to heat before use, the leaf of the plant is harmful to people with kidney stones and gall bladder, and for children with protein intolerance, may cause diarrhea.
